inSites
- An inSite is personalized content to serve up to visitors to meet their individual needs by date, time of day, and device type.
- inSites are only available with Pro and Pro Law Smart Sites
- Hibu, by request, will add one (1) inSite at initial build or after site is published
- inSites are displayed as a desktop, tablet, or mobile friendly popup
- inSites options include one of the following five inSites:
- Closed / Out of Office inSite - "We're closed" or "On vacation" notification
- Coupon inSite
- Form inSite - A short "Contact Us" or "Join our Newsletter" form
- Information inSite (i.e. a sale announcement or special) with a button that links to a specific page for detailed information.
- Video inSite - A Hibu Photomotion or 3rd-party video (ie YouTube, Vimeo, Vine, Instagram, etc.)
- All production templates will include an example of all 5 inSite options
- Additional inSites options include start and stop dates, display at a certain time of day, or specific to a certain device (ie mobile special only)
- Clients may add unlimited inSites via DIY (aka Personalization)
- Hibu will only update Hibu-created inSite, by request, with new graphics, information, or with an entirely new option
- An inSite is not a page and not counted towards total page count
Closed / Out of Office inSite
- Only multi-inSite available.
- Includes "Time" related trigger
- A "trigger" is what causes Information inSite to be displayed such as time of day, device type, user's location, how many times a visitor has been to site, or campaign URL (PPC related).
- A Closed / Out of Office inSite will display as a popup only when business is closed / out of office / on vacation etc as defied by client on consultation
- Closed / Out of Office inSite will contain headline (i.e. "Sorry, we're closed!"), short statement that tells user what to do (i.e. "Contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible" <<include form>> or "We may be closed but you can still contact us through our hotline service at 888-555-1212."
- Tip - Closed / Out of Office inSite displays when business is closed. Essentially, it displays the opposite of business hours.
- Example - Business is open M-F, 9 to 5 and closed on weekends. For this example we'd create two Closed / Out of Office inSites 1) one would display M-F, 5:00pm to 9:00 am and 2) the other displays between Friday - 5:00pm to Monday - 9:00.
- A Closed / Out of Office inSite with a form will follow Form inSite requirements and specifications
- Artist must follow coupon design associated with the included Closed / Out of Office inSite Example on the production template
- Artist may change font type, color, and size, button color
- Colors, typography and wording should be representative of the company branding
- Artist / QA must make sure Closed / Out of Office inSite displays completely in mobile and without a vertical scroll
- Display to all visitors on all pages with during designated closed period (i.e. If the visitor comes to the site between 5pm and 8:59 every weekday display Closed / Out of Office inSite.)
- User will only see popup appear once as they move from page to page
- Show Information inSite popup after 2 seconds

Coupon inSite
- Coupon inSite will contain client logo, offer, short description, optional instruction and / or terms
- Artist must follow coupon design associated with the included Coupon inSite Example on the production template
- Artist may change font type, color, and size, button color
- Colors, typography and wording should be representative of the company branding
- Artist / QA must validate that all coupon content (including logo) prints properly
- Artist / QA must make sure Coupon inSite displays completely in mobile and without a vertical scroll
- Coupon inSite displays in a popup when user visits any page
- Display to all visitors on all pages with no trigger
- A "trigger" is what causes Coupon inSite to be displayed, such as: time of day, device type, user's location, how many times a visitor has been to site, or campaign URL (PPC related).
- User will only see popup appear once as they move from page to page

Form inSite
- Short / Standard form (name, phone and / or email) comment box is recommended, but client may customize number and type of fields
- DSC is responsible to inform client that the shorter the form the greater chance of submission.
- Form inSite may be as short as one (1) field (i.e. Enter your email address to get on our special list.)
- Artist must follow coupon design associated with the included Form inSite Example on the production template
- Artist may change font type, color, and size, button color
- Colors, typography and wording should be representative of the company branding
- Artist / QA must make sure Form Insite displays completely in mobile and without a vertical scroll
- Form inSite displays in a popup when user visits any page
- Display to all visitors (no trigger)
- Note, a "trigger" is what causes your Form inSite to be displayed such as time of day, device type, user's location, how many times a visitor has been to site, or campaign URL (PPC related).

- By default, form submissions will be sent to email address associated with account.
- Additional email addresses can be added by request via Contact Form element > Submission Settings
- By default, form submitted email will display the text "Form Message" in subject line. May be updated by request via Contact Form element > Submission Settings
- By default, the text displayed if user attempts to submit a form with missing or erroneous data will be "Oops, there was an error sending your message. Please try again later." May be updated by request via Contact Form element > Submission Settings"
- By default, after the form is submitted the website will display the text "Thank you for contacting us. We will get back to you as soon as possible" May be updated by request via Contact Form element > Submission Settings
- Option to redirect to a "thank you" page after submission available by request via Contact Form element > Submission Settings
- The specifically created "thank you" page is added to the total page count
- On request, Hibu can add 3rd party (i.e. Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Facebook Pixel, etc.) tracking code to the contact form that will run once the form is successfully submitted via Contact Form element > Submission Settings
- Hibu will not activate, set-up account, generate, or "grab" 3rd party 3rd party tracking code
- Hibu DIY users may download all submitted form details in CSV format or Integrate with Google Sheet, MailChimp, or Constant Contact
Information inSite
- An Information inSite displays in a popup when user visits any page
- The goal of the inSite is to alert, highlight, or callout to the viewer information that is detailed on another page within the site. Examples include, "Learn about our Fall Clean-Up Specials" with a button that directs users to the "Specials" page. "Daily Happy Hour Specials" would include a button to the menu. "Schedule an Appointment Now!" would lead to a page with the Hibu Appointment widget.
- Information inSite will contain a headline, a short description and / or image (if applicable), and a button that links to the appropriate page specific to headline and description.
- Artist should follow design associated with the included Information inSite Example on the production template
- Artist may change font type, color, and size, button color
- Colors, typography and wording should be representative of the company branding
- Artist / QA must make sure Form inSite displays completely in mobile and without a vertical scroll
- Display to all visitors on all pages with no trigger

Video inSite
- A Hibu Photomotion or 3rd party video (ie YouTube, Vimeo, Vine, Instagram, etc.)
- 3rd party video must be supplied by client.
- Hibu will not set-up account, upload, generate, or "grab" 3rd party video embed code on behalf of client.
- Includes predefined "Visits" related trigger
- A "trigger" is what causes Information inSite to be displayed such as time of day, device type, user's location, how many times a visitor has been to site, or campaign URL (PPC related).
- Video inSite will contain headline Welcome to NOB or Learn about NOB and Photomotion or 3rd party video
- Artist must follow coupon design associated with the included Video inSite Example on the production template
- Artist may change font type, color, and size, button color
- Colors, typography and wording should be representative of the company branding
- Artist / QA must make sure Video inSite displays completely in mobile and without a vertical scroll
- A Video inSite will display as a popup only to first time visitors (as defined by template) on every page
- User will only see popup appear once as they move from page to page
