Sensitive Data
Hibu Websites • June 22, 2020
While Hibu does allow for the collection of content through our forms there is some information considered 'sensitive' that we will never ask for to protect website users -- our client's customers -- from hackers.
While not every piece of information that is considered sensitive is listed here, most information classified as Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is sensitive and needs to be protected. If you find that it is necessary for your client's form to collect information that falls into either of these categories, recommend a 3rd-party form platform (i.e. formsite.com or 123contact.com) that incorporate stricter site security protocols. Like all 3rd-party apps, your client would be responsible to set up an account and forward embed code to Hibu.
